Wonderful, wonderful wonderful. Veron and I were lost for words when i think of saying Thank You to dreamworks for the excellent masterpieces for my wedding.
I will really want to recommend them to everyone who had seen this post of mine especially for those we will be getting married soon and looking for a reliable, value-for-money wedding media services.
I will like to comment on the following areas:
1) Location
Dreamzworks is located centrally near the Tanjong Pagar MRT (CBD area). The good location of the company makes the pre-sales, brainstorming and collection of video sessions very easy. It is very suitable for busy working couples like me and veron. The office is very cosy and very suitable for discussion and a video area for previewing their previous works. Cool!
2) Service Level
They are so good that at certain point during the production phase, I thought me and Fion/Coffee are gd friends. I think they had reached a stage whereby it is like a good friend helping a friend out for their wedding. There is a special kind of personal touch which makes me feel that way and this is really what i want and nowadays it is very hard to find in the market.
3) Reliability
Special praises had to be given to them for the super on-time production delivery (Mascot, cartoon and video). There were totally no slippages in the production phase at all. I felt very assured everytime they told me the dates for delivery. Keep that up.
4) Quality of Animation/Video
Our love story is quite common and ordinary but the injections of the funny scenes make it very lively and yet still remains original. The ideas used are very fresh and relates to the topic. Thumbs up! For ideography wise, video are clear and every single moment are captured in detail. Thanks very much.
5) Value-For-Money
After the wedding, Veron and I did a review on whether the wedding services we had taken are value for money. The first thing on our mind is Dreamworks. The reason being: Many guest after the wedding had asked me "Hey who did this cartoon and video for u, huh? It is very entertaining and very well done, we love it very much" That instantly creates a feel-good effect on us as we find that the cartoon and animation had really left a lasting impression on them and of course, that fulfilled our main objective of making everyone remember the wedding night for long. I can imagine a gd 30 years down the road, we can take out this cartoon and video to show our young faces to our descendants.

The express video highlights and edited video are tremendously well done. We are delighted with the editing and different angles captured, especially the extra "ingredients" added to make the express video interesting and funny. Thanks also for the surprise bonus video at the end of the video compilation.

This adds on to the awe already felt when they first saw the cartoon animation and photo montage on our wedding day. Even my brother-in-law said that the package was well worth the price!!!!!
All the above wouldn't have been successful if it wasn't for your gracious acceptance on getting this last minute request from me, even though it was SUPER PEAK season...hehehe. Thank you for all your efforts in getting this organized. Also my sincere appreciation to your staff who worked late nights and slogged it out in the office.

Dear Fion and Coffee,
Finally settled down after CNY to have time to really send our thank you note to you guys.
Ever since Winnie came across a MTV which uses animation combining with photos of the characters' faces, this caught her attention and she has since dreamt of presenting something similar at our wedding. We saw many works by other animation companies but weren't that impressed as many lacked innovation and creativity. But we received a marketing email from Coffee and Tea Drreamworkz and we found what we are looking for.
We were impressed by the headtoons done by Coffee. Even though headtoons were pretty new and you had not done many, we were confident that Coffee and Tea will do a good job for us. True enough, you delivered what you promised.
We gave you the free hand to be as creative and funny as possible and you delivered them.Even though there were some miscommunication during the production, your team immediately changed to what we want to present. The creative team in Coffee and Tea Dreamworkz captured the jest of our love story and how we want to present it to the audience. We had great fun during the voice recording and must really thank Kelvin for his patience.All our relatives and friends were very impressed by the animation and had a great laugh during the dinner. Many other relatives whom were not able to attend the dinner heard so much hype about the animation that they requested us to show them.
The express video and edited video were another great job done. We are really happy with the editing and the various angles captured so beautifully and artistically by the videographer. The interviews done came as a pleasant surprises to us. Thank you Terry for that.
Once again, thank you for the execellent works and we are very proud to introduce Coffee and Tea Dreamworkz and will highly recommend you guys to anyone whom are interested.

hihi!! fion and team service is good! we took up their animation package for our wedding late dec and all i can say is my hubby and me were impressed with coffee's effort.
we wanted something different from the typical boy meet girl, fall in love, proposal storyline... a spoof of different movies will pooled in to create a nonsensical animation and coffee and team rose to the challenge and did a good job.. thumbs up!! =)

Excellent animation! Nice collages despite of very last minute request
and all at a reasonable price. They have been very patient and helpful
towards us. They have some kind of technique that makes u relax, by
meeting us in a cafe, KTV and even the library. We are extremely pleased
with the animation that Coffee have drawn for us and all my friends and
relatives really enjoyed it when we showed it on our wedding. Coffee have
also includes many cute sound effect which is what I'm looking for. After
all, whatever request we have, they will tried their best to fulfill and
even if they can't, I believe they will tell u beforehand. In

Your approach to "tell" our love story within few
minutes through your very well illustrated animations to all our guest was
amazing. Our simple love story was animated in a very refreshing yet
lighted hearted approach, especially on the personalised cartoon
characters that look almost 100% alike us. With that, all our guests'
attention were immediately captured during the screening and of cos with
lots of laughters too.
Also, your animation production was not only
speedy but very detailed too. Little insignificant details such as dimple
and mole was also featured which makes our cartoon animations to be so

I am writing to thank Coffee & Tea Dreamworks for
letting us have a wonderful and unforgettable wedding night. My husband
and I just got to know each other within a year and we got married, we do
not have any special love story to tell, and Coffee was very creative and
able to 'tell' the story in an enormously entertaining way by only a few
simple sentences we had furnished to him.
Also, three days prior to
our wedding dinner, we tried out the projector in our hotel and we panic
stricken because our laptop was not compatible with the projector, we
informed Coffee about the issue immediately. Although in the end we
managed to play our Animation montage by using a DVD player, What we were
really touched by is, Coffee & Tea Dreamworks really tried it's best
to check and call us back to ensure we were able to play the montage on
our wedding night.
All of the guests laughed to their hearts'
content whilst the hotel played our animation montage on our wedding
night. Everyone gave a thumb up for the short animation movie. We are very
satisfied with the service rendered and the quality of service was more
that what we expected.

Just want to say a good thank you to you & Fion
in regards to the wonderful animation you had done for us for our
wedding.
Before knowing that Coffee & Tea Production does
animation also, I had actually approached another two highly commercialize
Animation company and actually sign up with one of them. The coordinator
wasn't even interested to find out what we want or what was "our story".
As a matter of fact, they are more keen in whether we will sign up on
their other packages and making payment. Communication was horrible and we
will never be able to locate them and emails are only reply after weeks,
after you had call them a thousand times to remind them that you had sent
them a email. It was one of my worst experience and I'm glad I made the
decision to terminate the contract and ease myself from further
pain.
Meeting Fion and Coffee was a totally different experience,
they didn't come across to me as a sales person or anything. Instead, they
were very sincere and interested to know what they can do to make our
wedding a memorable one. After we decided to take them, Fion did not
forget about us and keep us constant updates on our production, the x mas
card came as a big surprise.
In Coffee's work, this is what I felt
about him:
- Highly creative and adventurous in his idea
- Very
good sense of humor - Can draw very well
- Very responsible
- Very
demanding (to himself) and expected very high standard - Perfectionist
- Very sensitive to the needs of newly wed - Proactive
Unlike
so company, they just use the previous production, cut and paste to make
your story, the animation Coffee had did were all customized specially for
the our story. some company likes to keep quiet when they speak to the
couples (so as to save trouble since its the same price) but Coffee is
always eager to find out if you like what you had seen and improve on it
(even if it meant sacrificing his sleep) and was there even if its 3am in
the morning.
They also give plenty of advice which are... not
animation related that mmmMMM... helps in my wedding prep. On my wedding
day, the guest were all laughing away by the animation, especially our
parents and even after the wedding, the animation was the talking point.
Everyone was asking about how we had got it done and based on what they
saw, they thought we had paid at least $2000 for it. That was the quality
of Coffee's work.
Coffee & Fion, thank you so much for all your
efforts and help for our wedding. I'm very sure your production team will
expand in near future, so promise me, twenty years later when my son's
have his wedding, you will be the same person doing his story
ya?

Would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Fion, Xin and animation
master Mr Coffee for the wonderful mascots & packaging done up for my
HB Eric. Till now, my HB is still over the moon that he has a mascot of
his own :) Although the T shirts were kind of big for us (we are hoping
that after washing, they will shrink), we are still touched by the efforts
put in by Coffee & Tea from amending the mascots to the little gifts
that came along with the T-shirts.
It’s the first time that both me
and my HB have done cartoon drawings of ourselves and we are really really
very impressed with the life-like drawings done by Mr Coffee. Even our
friends and colleagues who had seen the final products were full of
praises.
We hope that we will be bowled over again by Coffee & Tea
for the photographs and video of our upcoming ROM in Jul. Thank you once

I took up their wedding photography package and cartoon animation
montage. For the photography package, i have meet up fion and her
hubby twice to look at their portfolio and one of their customer wedding
photo album. Personally, i found those taken photo quite lively and
natural. Same as videographing, is really up to individual whether they
like the PG/VG style.
As for their animation montage, I am far more delighted. Just one
words, EXCELLENT! Her handsome hubby is the creator cum designer. His
creativity, design and cartoon drawing skill is good until i cannot
describe in words lor. LOL. It really worth spending if you have the budget.

When I saw the 1st Mascots they designed, I felt it
doesn't look like us at all. So I requested for them to re-do. Fion agreed
to re-do.Maybe, I'm too fussy, the 2nd Mascots, I still felt it doesn't
look like us. Fion suggested for us to meet up with the designer, so the
designer can take a good look at us (rather from photos) and draw a sample
on the spot.
Indeed, the designer captured our looks our smile

Me decided to take a shot as I planned at my wedding at a big haste and
finally realized I forgot about the videographer!
TWPaparazzi was
not free and too ex. And seriously I love the website that CT&D had.
So I took a chance with their video package and with classic animation
thrown in.
And I wasn't disappointed. No kidding.
For 1, I
had an idea for the animation and Coffee (Fion's partner) did everything
according to my spec! I am not an easy customer but I was well pleased.
It was very sad that the stupid Beaufort hotel's DVD was
technically spoilt on that day and looped my animation at the climax!!!
AAAAHHH!!!
When Coffee heard about it, I was very impressed that
he was seriously very sad and disappointed too as I think he really took
lotsa lotsa effort in rushing the work out in 1 week for us. Sometimes we
were even SMS-ing changes at 3am! Thanks COFFEE!!!
Not only
that... after the wedding, my friend was so upset over the 1 photo I put
up in the animation that I have to changed it AFTER the wedding. Not only
did Fion did it out of goodwill for us and even gave us a web version so
that we can put on web for friends! How sweet.

Fion was recommended
to me by my best friend who happens to be her cousin. Fion showed me 2 of
her videographer's works and my husband and I was immediately attracted to
Yeo's works. We found his quality of the video shoot to be very good
(sharp), and he captured detailed stuffs such as facial expressions.
On actual day, Yeo was early (on his own initiative) and he took
the "sunrise" effect (from dusk to dawn kind of effect). Though he was
soft spoken, he worked well with my photographer (which I don find him
value for money) and I am extremely grateful to Yeo for pointing out
details to my photographer. The wedding highlight he provides was what I
requested - soft and romantic with details. His editing skills are good
too. Overall, my husband and I are extremely PLEASED with Yeo's works. A
true and professional videographer.
Fion: Really sorry for this
late reply as my husband and I have been tied up with our work after the
wedding. Extremely grateful to all the help and service provided. Will

My wife and I were looking for the X factor in both video and
animation. And voila! Coffee and Tea Dreamworks came up! What was suppose
to be an initial exploratory meeting turn out to be a confirmation of what
we both wanted.
On video
Due to unforeseen
circumstance on Dreamworks end, our requested videographer had urgent
personal matters to attend to. Dreamworks was transparent in the changes
and gave us ample notice of this change and gave us time to evaluate our
options. This was the sincerity in their service in ensuring our interest
came first. We stuck to Dreamworks. On our big night, my wife and myself
were "fighting" each other to steal a glimpse of the video footage that
was screened for our guests through the tiny door slit before our 1st
entrance! Ha! We were impressed by the artistry of their footage and the
laughter of our guests was the testimony to a job well done.
Footage: Now the painful expressions on my face during the sabo
will forever be digitized! Argh! But so was the beautiful smile on my
wife's face. Awww....
Editing: Excellent!
Storyboarding:
Excellent!
Service: Excellent!
Ability to capture the feel
of our special day : 1 month on, looking back at our express highlights,
we still get the fuzzy wuzzy feeling from our tummy.
On
videographer - Terry
I think he's a ninja or something. We never
felt his presence and when you look back at the video footages, he was
there! We always looked natural cos we din know we were perpetually on
candid camera. I only got to find out after my big day that he helped
choreographed some scenarios that would look great on video. One being
lining up our guests with bubbles, rose petals and confetti while we were
walking up from our bumboat entrance. It was beautiful as we walked
towards it. And even more stunning when we look back on the footage. So to
new customers, do feel free to prepare your items that you feel would look
great on video. Bubbles and petals was prepared by us but used to maximum
effect by Terry.
On animation
Dreamworks coordinated
the whole animation process well given both our tight working schedules.
The essence of our how we met was captured + 10 x special effects 
It was fun laughing at how cute we looked in the comic world. With
just the first draft, we couldnt wait for our actual night to come to see
the response of our guests. We came out for our 2nd entrance to roaring
laughter and applause.
Caricatures: OMG! They should make a
cartoon series for us!
Storyboarding: Witty twists by Dreamworks
added the extra oomph and laughter!
Service and coordination: As
far as animation goes, we had nothing to do in the last 6 weeks leading to
our big day. Go figure
On animator - Coffee
Customer service 101: He listened
attentively, clarified how we wanted it and assessed our "funny bone"
tolerance level
The punch: You know you found the right company
when you can see his eyes sparkle as he briefly described what he had in
mind. He had a 1-2 min pause while we discussed some matters with Fion and
there it was, a sketch he did on the background of our animation! Once he
started work on our animation, he was fast and quality of his draft was
excellent! When the timestamp of his email was at 3 am, we knew what we
were paying for - Passion.
After everything
Collecting
the final video works from Dreamworks was the final stop in doing up our
Wedding Memory box. A well arranged and packaged DVD casing together with
its content would contain within it the memories which we will want to
show our friends and children. Dreamworks has captured our love story and
that very special day in our lives. If our photographer captured the still
shots of our big day, Dreamworks captured the joy, the laughter, the
sweat, the tears of both ourselves, our parents and our guests. Thanks
Dreamworks.
On service level
